We are a family run chalet business in Les Carroz and have been operating since 2005. In 2013 Mark & Nadine took over the business from Mark’s parents and with 30 years of combined experience in 5 star hotels and Michelin star restaurants around the world are continuing to provide the same fantastic food and service which keeps our guests coming back year after year.

With Mark’s experience as a chef in some of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants and Nadine’s experience in some of Europe’s best restaurants and hotels, we can assure you that you will receive superb service in a lovely relaxed environment.
