Holiday Booking Terms & Conditions

When we book holidays on behalf of you, you could be subject to separate terms and conditions provided by the operator or accomodation owner that you will be sent at the time of booking.

When we book properties on behalf of clients and each owner will have an "agent" in the area of the property to whom the client should refer upon arriving in resort and throughout their stay. The agent is responsible for all aspects of the property whilst the client is in occupancy.  The property owner or operator will have standard terms and conditions to ensure reasonable use of the property, these should be observed by you throughout their occupancy.

When you book a holiday through a third party that you have found through a link from our site you are subject to their terms and conditions and we can not be held responsible for your holiday.

We disclaim any liability for disputes between you, the property owner, company or agent or other third party linked from this website.

Enquiries

Making an enquiry either by email or by telephone is not a contract to purchase a holiday. Bookings are only valid once confirmed directly by us. Until that time, you have no obligation to purchase the holiday and we have no obligation to provide you the holiday(s) you have selected or any other holiday, product or service. We take no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the information on the website or with a delay or inability to use the site. We act as an agent for owners and operators, further details of which will be made available to you at the time of booking.
