WHO ARE ALTITUDE HOLIDAYS?
AltitudeHolidays.com was established way back when the earth was still cooling in 2000. The three people who head it up have several hundred years (nearly!) of experience in the ski industry between them!
Chances are between them they have skied in all of the ski resorts that are on this site and if we haven’t please send an invite to us now! We love exploring new ski resorts!
The company was founded back in 2000 by Rich Evans with two catered chalets in Courchevel 1650. In 2004 the company moved away from The Three Valleys and chalet operating and based itself in Les Carroz, Le Grand Massif as it switched to act as a travel agency specialising in ski holidays and packed our guests off to ski resorts across France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy...
In 2013 things changed as it became part of Snowcapped UK developed to offer ski chalet and other owners a great platform to advertise their properties.
In 2015 Rich Evans was brought back into AltitudeHolidays.com.
Run by ski industry professionals with over 35 years of experience in the world of skiing, Altitude has a unique website and will be expanding into new resorts and offering a hand picked selection of the worlds best ski holidays.
We look forward to helping ski company owners provide great holidays for people looking for ski and snowboarding breaks.
MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM
Having worked as a chalet staff, ski host, chalet hotel manager and numerous other jobs for tour operators and as a founder of a start up with two catered chalets he understands exactly what small businesses in the ski industry need in order to develop and fill up their beds through a winter.
Rich learnt to ski in 1976 and did his first season in 1987/88 and that makes him feel really old!
