Apartment House Sonnrain - APARTMENT SONNRAIN   Leogang

Apartment Sonnrain is a 2 bedroomed apartment  on the first floor. In a house together with 6 other similar apartments , Sonnrain apartment can be booked individually with other apartments or as a whole.

We can accomodate groups from 2 people up to 40 in seperate apartments within the same building. APARTMENT SONNRAIN can sleep up to 10 persons, although this would neccesitate the need to use sofa beds.

The apartment is well equipped. Each double bedroom has an Austrian style ( 2 mattress in 1 box base ) king size twin/double bed , plus a three quarter size sofa bed. Both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom.

There is a single sofa bed in the hallway , plus a full king size sofa bed in the living room/kitchen.

Obviously 10 persons sharing would be the maximum , and therefore we would advise you look at our Sonnrain Apartment /plus option as an alternative which could provide  extra space and comfort.

The Kitchen area is well equipped and has  a dishwasher , microwave in addition to oven and hob. Toaster, Kettle  and coffee machine are all standard.

There is a large south facing balcony with mountain views.

Located in the Austrian Ski Circus,  Leogang is linked with the larger villages of Saalbach and Hinterglemm and offers over 200 Kms of well prepared pistes suited to all abilities.

Only 1 hour from Salzburg, Leogang is easily reached by car , bus or train. Other airports nearby include Munich and Innsbruck and public transport is available from both. Private shuttle transfers can be arranged from all airports on request.

Apartment House Sonnrain is perfectly positioned  in a quiet  housing area in the center of the village directly on the cycle path so it is also an ideal choice for summer  mountain/ road biking, walking  and adventure holidays.

The Leogang Bike Park has hosted the UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in 2011 and the UCI World Cup in 2012 . This year Leogang hosts once again the last race on the World Championships calender in September 2013.

Bed Linen, towels,tea towels and end cleaning are all included in the rental cost.

House Facilites

WINTER-  A heated ski  room with heated warm air boot drier is available. It is also possible to rent a locker at the ski lift station if you prefer . The ski bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the house and the  free bus runs every few minutes. By car the lift station  is 2 minutes away and has ample free car parking. Subject to weather /snowconditions it is possible to ski home .

A free car park is available for guests - 1 car per apartment  with additional  extra free parking nearby.

A large social room for evening get togethers with a bar. Table tennis, a pool table, and table football. Childrens games and toys,  books and DVD's also availble. UK satelite  SkyTV DVD. Computer corner.

Hot tub  , Sauna and Solarium availble free of charge 5 nights per week in winter.

FREE SUMMER CARD for all guests in summer. This card offers great savings and free  unlimited access to the super Leogang outdoor swimming pool and leisure complex located 200mtrs from the house. Two further super pools nearby are also included on the card.

Free daily access on the cable car once per day up and down in Leogang or on 2 lifts in Saalbach and 2 in Hinterglemm. ( Bike included ).

Free childrens activity programme including pony riding, craft fun, visit to a cheese farm, fishing and much more. Operated in conjunction with the local tourist office,
