Property description
The spaciousness, the view, the authenticity, the natural setting and the proximity of the slopes: this sumptuous chalet offers many advantages for a pleasant stay in the Chamonix ski resort. Located just 4 km from the center, in the peaceful "Bois" neighborhood, experienced skiers can even ski back to the chalet during the snow season: it has a large garden that opens onto snow-covered fields, surrounded by the most majestic peaks of the region, the Drus and the Mont Blanc.
Take advantage of the unique panoramic view that can be admired from the elaborate wooden balconies, and from the living room, thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The remarkable stone and wood fireplace is the center of this cozy living space that overlooks a large mezzanine, with office and library. The kitchen is modern, very well equipped.
The master bedroom, located on the upper level, is exceptional not only because of its magnificent balcony with a view of Mont Blanc, but also thanks to an exquisite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi-style bathtub. The four other bedrooms are spacious, very cozy with their charming Savoyard decor. A room on the lower level can be used as a game room or a gym.
The property offers a large garage fully equipped to store skis and ski boots, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
