Chalet Rosière is a charming « Chalet de Village » ideally located in a quiet pedestrian street in the heart of Courchevel 1650. It offers a convenient solution for families with children and for groups of friends looking for an unforgettable stay in a top-level ski resort.
Chalet Rosière is rated as a 3 stars accomodation and was granted the "Mountain of Dreams" label by the Courchevel Tourism Authority.
Within 3 minutes walking distance, you have access to the ski lifts, shops, bars, entertainment places, restaurants and major facilities of the resort.
Chalet Rosiere is fully equipped to comfortably host and sleep up to 8 adults in four bedrooms (two doubles, two twins) with ensuite bathroom and toilets. The two upper double bedrooms have a long balcony with a superb view over the valley. The lounge area with open fire will allow you to rest after a long ski day while enjoying our multimedia equipment and board games. You can also take the sun on our terrace whose view overlooks Courchevel 1850 and watch the famous fireworks at night. Thanks to a double East / West sun exposure, the dining room is sunny throughout the day. The chalet has a heated ski room where you can safely store your mountain gear and equipment. In the basement, the sauna will add an extra holiday feeling. Chalet Rosière is a children friendly place, we provide all necessary equipment (cot, high chair, toys, ...) for the comfort of your beloved ones.
Bed sheets, linen and cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the rental fee and the beds will be ready at your arrival. A secured and covered parking spot is available for our guests travelling by car. You will be asked to pay a security deposit of 700€ after having completed your booking. This security deposit will be refunded to you 7 to 10 days after the end of your stay as long as there has not been any damage to the chalet or its contents and the chalet was not left excessively dirty.
The stunning views of the surrounding peaks and Tarentaise valley combined with the special atmosphere of the old part of the village will give an authentic mountain feeling to your stay at Chalet Rosière.
Please note that a non smoking policy operates throughout the whole chalet and that we do not welcome pets.
