Chalet Elliot West, La Tania, France

Overview:

Chalet Elliot is the ultimate chocolate-box chalet in La Tania, constructed in 1998 with reclaimed timbers taken from an old Russian farmhouse and lovingly rebuilt in the Alps - the story goes that you can still find the bullet holes from the Russian Revolution in the timbers, but we've yet to find them!!! The chalet has an incredible ambiance with warm, cosy rooms, old beams and traditional features - coupled with the excellence of our premium service in our "flagship" chalet - making it a truly delightful place to spend your holiday.

This premium service catered chalet is divided into two wings (East and West) which can be individually booked for groups of up to 8 people - or you can book both chalets and the door can be opened in between the two halves to cater for 16 people as one group.  Each wing has its own experienced chalet couple ensuring the service is top notch with four twin en-suite bedrooms, a dining area with balcony and living room with vaulted ceilings and cosy log burner.  

Both East and West has it's own ski room with electric boot warmers and ski racks and outside a delightful hot-tub to relax in a private location and gaze at the stars.

Position:

Chalet Elliot is located just above the main village of La Tania in a private wooded location close to some of our other chalets in La Tania (Lea, Morgane and Christine).  The piste, gondola lift and village centre are just 200m away with easy access on foot to all the local facilities.  The more competent skier can ski back to the chalet through the trees but for the beginners and children access to and from the slopes is just a few minutes away on foot.

The layout of Elliot West is as follows:

Ground Floor:

• 2 twin en-suite rooms with shower, washbasin and WC
• 1 twin en-suite room with bath, washbasin and WC
• Ski room with electric boot warmers
• Outside hot-tub on private terrace

First Floor:

• Living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, log burner and balcony
• 1 twin en-suite room with bath, washbasin and WC
• Connecting door to Chalet Elliot East - can be locked closed or open as required by the group
