Chalet No. 11 is a luxury, self catered ski chalet in Les Menuires, built in the Savoy style, using generous amounts of wood and natural stone, and with stylish interior design.  With a livable floor area of 165m2, the chalet is extremely spacious.

It has tiled and parquet floors with ample closet space. The chalet is heated with electric radiators which may be programmed individually. The chalet is equipped with excellent insulation, including double glazing. Two large boilers guarantee sufficient hot water. The chalet also has its own covered parking space in the garage building and a ski locker in the chalet.

The accommodation comprises entrance hall with roomy wardrobe and toilet, large living room with beamed ceiling and tiled floor, spacious sitting area with TV, DVD, large dining area, sliding glass door to spacious corner balcony which faces south/west with a view of the mountains, beautiful open corner kitchen with 4-ring ceramic cooker, cooker hood, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffeemaker.

This roomy chalet has three floors. The entrance hall with the living room and kitchen are on the ground floor, along with one bedroom and bathroom. The other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper and lower floors.

Le Hameau des Marmottes Chalet Village.
The chalet village is located directly on the piste. You can reach the Tortollet lift, about 300 metres by ski, granting you access to the entire Trois Vallées ski area. You can also ski back to the chalet village. Every morning, the bakery will deliver fresh bread to your door. There is a supermarket, several restaurants, a ski pass sales office, a ski shop and the Yeti bar, all in the immediate environs of the village.

It is a few hundred metres from the chalet village on foot to the Telepreyerand pedestrian lift taking passengers to the La Croisette centre of Les Menuires. The lift runs from 8:00 to 23:00.
