Chalet Mautalent, Morillon, France

We are a small family run company that loves skiing and loves food. Each of our 5 family members has at some point been involved in the Company, whether it be the complete refurbishment of Chalet Mautalent, handling the bookings, or running a chalet for the season. Tim heads up the team in the Alps during the winter. He hopes that his culinary skills, sharpened at Heston Blumenthal’s The Fat Duck restaurant, will bring a smile to the face of all our guests!
