Originally built in 1788 by one of Morzine’s founding families, our lovingly converted barn seemlessly combines modern luxuries with stunning original features.
Listed in The Times 20 coolest chalets & just 50m from the bus stop taking you straight to the slopes, it sleeps 10-12 people in 5 bedrooms (each named after one of Morzine’s founding families), each with their own private bathrooms.
Relax after a hard day on the mountains in the brand new wellness area, complete with sauna & outdoor hot-tub. Whether you are cosying up in front of the log fire in the living room or eating in the stylish dining room, you will always be surrounded by views of the magical mountains.

Rare 18th century construction with exceptional modern bathrooms
The historical features in this chalet are superb & give you a glimpse of Morzine when it was not much more than small mining town – the original stone & wooden beams from 1788 plus remnants of the old sausage smokery that was built in 1836 make this a real gem.
But if there is one thing that everyone appreciates, it’s a modern bathroom and there are plenty of them here.

We want everyone to be able to enjoy the famous AliKats food & service, so there are a number additional extras you can choose from to make your holiday as effortless as possible:
- Home made evening meals delivered to your fridge whilst you ski! Please contact us for more details
- Daily morning bakery delivery. We can organise fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, baguettes etc.. delivered to the chalet in time for breakfast each day for a fee of €20/week.
- Pre-holiday grocery delivery. How nice would it be to turn up at your chalet with a fully stocked fridge? We can organise this for you in advance for 10% of your total shopping bill
- Wine order. You can benefit from the hand-picked AliKats wine list and have it waiting for you in the chalet when you arrive. Price start from €8/bottle (typically €18 in a restaurant).
- Special occasions. Celebrating in style is what we are all about at AliKats so we can help you do this too by baking you one of our signature yummy cakes
- Mid-week clean. If you would like a mid-week clean (on a Wednesday), including clean towels, then we can organise this too
- Transfers, lift-passes, ski hire, beauty treatments and massages can also be booked through us
