Restored from a traditional farmhouse. The Retreat has been transformed into a beautiful ski chalet with rustic charm. The open plan living space has large comfy sofas to sit and enjoy the views of the surrounding forest with an open fireplace in the centre.
The Retreat can sleep up to 14 people with 7 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. 6 of these are standard twin/double rooms. In the eves of the chalet you will find the master suite with large en-suite bathroomm which includes a jacuzzi tub.
On the ground floor you will find a small bar with a DVD player and seating area to relax with a drink or watch a film on a blizzardy day. There is also an outdoor hot tub to soothe away the aches and pains from a day on the slopes.
The Retreat is situated in the hamlet of Le Lavanchy, directly between Morzine and the Ardent ski lift.
Included in your staff is a private shuttle to get you to the Ardent lifts - where you will avoid the crowds over in Morzine and a 5 minute gondola ride takes you directly to the Linderets bowl - the heart of the largest internationally connected skiing region in the world, Portes du Soleil.
Dining is on a catered chalet basis which includes a continental style buffet breakfast with an optional hot dish, afternoon tea, pre-dinner drinks and canapes as well as a four course evening meal with wine.
The staff have one night off per week which gives you a chance to sample the restaurants in St Anton. Please note the staff are more than happy to arrange any bookings for you.
Breakfast and afternoon tea will be served as normal on this day.
